ICM is licensed to adjust multi-line claims but our focus is workers' compensation claims administration for self-insured employers and insurance carriers.

ICM has invested in a web-based claims management system which is available for your use. We also have experience utilizing clients' existing claim systems, if preferred.

Each of our senior claims examiners has over ten years of experience in claims adjusting. We have worked in both the insurance and self-insurance industries and have been involved at many different levels of claims administration. Additionally, ICM's staff is skillful and efficient in implementing workers' compensation self-insurance programs for large employers. We are licensed in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona.

Data System
ICM utilizes iClaims Expert (iCE), a multi-line, web-based claims management system designed by FARA Corporation. iClaims Expert delivers real-time information to our customers via the internet and offers a fast, secure, and easy-to-navigate user interface. This provides our clients with 24-7 claim reporting capabilities as well as access to progress notes, reserves, payments, and much more.
