Formed in 1996 Industrial Claim/Consulting Management (ICM)
provides claims management and consulting services for self-insured
employers and insurance companies. ICM's mission is to provide
clients with quality, professional and accountable insurance
services.

Claims Management

ICM's Claims Management service provides licensed experienced
claims adjusters to administer a multi-line third party claims service
for either a self-insured employer or an insurance carrier. Our
service is supported by a progressive claims data system, the David
Corporation. We offer a flexible claims service, willing to perform
claim functions that are tailored by our clients.

Consulting

ICM's Insurance Consulting Services provides property and casualty
insurance consulting, risk management service, insurance audit(both
premium and claims), self-insurance feasibility studies and loss
control. Our consulting service is a resource for both employers and
insurance companies. We provide licensed experienced property
and casualty consultants who can add value to the client while
incorporating good business practices.
